I'm the worst shopper for Christmas...a Toy Story.

SO.... I get this $400 Visa for working 15 years in the same jerkhole...I go to Amazon to get some Festivus presents with it and take advantage of Amazon's multiple shipping addresses.

But first I punch in "McFarlane" in search and see the Motley Crue Box set and the Kiss Box set for only 40 bucks each! Then there was Woodstock Jimi, and a few other sales...uh oh....I'm in trouble.

Then I had to get me Dodgeball on DVD and 311 LIve DVD...Next thing I know, I've blown thru my card and barely got anyone else anything...but I managed to get what I set out to get....but I had to sacrifice buying Simpsons Season 5.

Anybody else go shopping and end up getting more for themselves than intended? [img]redface.gif[/img]

I suck....but I WILL be a giggling like a drunk schoolgirl with an electric french tickler when I see the UPS man next week. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Oh well, I was having a toy drought anyway...except for that cool-ass indoor Bladerunner helicopter I bought myself last week.. $69.99 at www.etoys.com or www.kbtoys.com. It flies great and is made for indoor flight. You get 5 minutes of flight from a charge. It is very stable and fun as hell to fly....and cost less than 2 box sets!

Andyman...It's really cool.

Iyt's called the Bladerunner and sells out after just a few days after restocking. I had to wait for etoys to stock it back to get mine. You can fly it around the office and piss people off.

It's flight is extremely stable as it has double rotors andsurvives some pretty bad falls without any damage. Technology am amazing!

I've been buying a ton of books lately, but only because I just put in my two weeks notice at gamestop and want to take advantage of my employee discount while I still have it. that's the only thing I'll miss about working there..the fact that I get a 30% discount at barnes and noble.

figurewise I haven't bought much..just a couple of Conan figs, as they're down to $6.99 at work, and some of the new AOME ones. I just got the "legions of Haradrim" 3-pack tonight. the detail is amazing..I swear, the AOME line is just getting better and better.
